Ham bbq sandwiches

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Isaly’s Chipped Ham (Pittsburgh stores) or
  • 1 lb Boar’s Head Spiced Ham sliced super thin (Florida stores)
  • 3/4 to 1 c Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce
  • 4 bakery rolls

 

Directions:

Mix 1 lb of ham and the BBQ sauce in a crock pot. Use as much BBQ sauce as desired. Should be covered but not excessive. Mix well.

Cook on low for 2-3 hours or until the meat is hot and the BBQ sauce looks melted. Mix again before serving. Serve on bakery rolls and make sure to have a bunch of napkins on hand!
