Rainbow Chip Cupcake Cones

Ingredients:

  • 1 Package of Betty Crocker Rainbow Chip cake mix
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1-2 tubs of Betty Crocker Rainbow Chip frosting
  • 1 box of cake ice cream cones
  • Optional: sprinkles

Directions:

Heat oven to 350°F. Make cake batter as directed on the box. Place 12-15 cones in a 9X13 metal baking dish standing up. Divide batter evenly among the ice cream cones filling them 2/3 of the way full. Bake 16 to 22 minutes or until toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean. Cool completely, about 30 minutes. Generously frost cake with frosting, and add sprinkles.
